New Ministry Beautifies our Worship Center
The "banner" ministry unveiled their beautiful work at the front of the sanctuary, but their work continues. The group is meeting every Monday at 9 a.m. in the large classroom to help design and make new banners to enhance our Worship Center. Delicious salsa, pepper sauce and steak Maker are still available through the church office. Each item sells for $4.00 per bottle. Then contact deacons, Dona DiLiberto 817-442-8983; Bill Barr 817-310-3141 or Vicki Dudley 817-808-6206 to place your order soon.
Again, proceeds will benefit the SBPC Mission projects.
Calling All Cooks -- Come to the Ronald McDonald House
Our newest mission is cooking a meal for the families at the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth every other month. We need volunteers to help cook the meals, set up the dinner line, and do a quick clean up afterwards.
Or support the work through your donations for groceries. (It costs about $250 each time.)
Adults and kids are welcome. It is fairly easy work, you will eat dinner while you’re there, and it’s very rewarding to see the families we are helping. Cooking usually starts between 4:30-5:00 PM.
